What to do if a SIM or Device is lost or Stolen?

You can disable a device via your account if it has a problem:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click:
    1.  Devices
    2. The lost or stolen device in the list, or search using the Filter List located at the top right
    3. The status drop-down menu at the top right and select Disable
    4. Confirm to make the change or Cancel to retain the current status.
